"It is hard to believe but your store was the only one where we received any help as far as chair construction, appropriate fit, choice of materials etc. Your employee, Jenn, was very knowledgable and helpful and we ultimately bought a chair from her. She has continued to assist us with the Medicare Paperwork. Your delivery man, Beau, was great. he delivered the chair Tuesday and explained to Bill [my brother] how to operate it. He then loaded the chair into my SUV which would have been impossible for me to do. I have advised the staff at Crista Shores Assisted Living about your store...They are very happy that there is a place to send people where they will be fitted properly."
